Pennsylvania Legal Name Usage/Change? - pennsylvania drivers license name change
I currently use my real name when it comes to my driver's license and social security card. Do I need a court order to re use my maiden name? I want to change my license and birth certificate back to my birth name. I am still married and I am not divorced.

You need a name change in court if they want to put your name on legal documents. When you look around, you should be able to find legal services. They require no fees or very low. Then you only pay court costs. But the separation is not necessary to change its name to what I know.
