Cooking Tips
Nuts should be soaked in hot water for round 2 or 3 seconds, then the leave is soft. Do not soak or dissolved. Rice Paper Wraps with tapioca in them should only be dipped in cold water instead.

To support the white rice, brown paper envelopes for the best fried spring rolls, put some sugar in water immersion.

If you are Vietnamese rice paper rolls, try this simple recipe:

1. Dip bread in lukewarm water for 20-30 seconds, until smooth (depending on the package instructions).
2. Put a little filling and fold like a roll call "Spring"
Filling ideas: mint, noodles, bean sprouts and long slices of cucumber, snow, grated carrots. You can also use shrimp and chicken, pork, etc.
3. Dip the rolls in a sauce.
Sauce Sweet Chilli Sauce & Lime (and add the chopped nuts very good if you want).

I hope you liked, or you can search the Web for more Vietnamese "Ideas for the rolls of rice paper. In fact, it is very healthy and low fat!
