I do not think that there is a way to recover your password if you know your username and the answer to your secret question.
As in the Littlest Pet Shop Conditions:
"It is important to remember that your username and password FOR YOUR ..."
"IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN AND forgotten your password, YOU CAN NOT access the website and play with the PET ..."
